Business Development Manager – Aged Care & Home Care Software

We are seeking an experienced sales or care professional to join our growing team. The role will generate new business opportunities through consultative selling.
  • Salary: Competitive base salary + Uncapped Commission + Superannuation + Benefits

  • Location: Sydney/Melbourne or Brisbane-based (Remote/Hybrid) - National Travel as Required (with a focus on key Aged Care markets)

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth:

  • Identify and target new opportunities with Support at Home and CHSP providers, and NDIS service providers across Australia.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline through strategic outreach, industry networking, referrals, and sector engagement.
  • Build relationships with CEOs, General Managers, Heads of Operations, Care Managers, and Compliance Leads.

Full Sales Cycle Ownership:

  • Lead the entire sales process: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution mapping, tailored demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly articulate impact on:
  • Aged Care Quality Standards compliance
  • Care management and reporting
  • Workforce scheduling and mobile care delivery
  • Financial sustainability under Support at Home reforms
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.

Market Engagement & Sector Expertise:

Represent OneTouch Health at key industry events such as:

  • Ageing Australia events
  • NDS (National Disability Services) forums
  • State-based aged care conferences
  • Stay informed on:
  • Aged Care Reform roadmap
  • AN-ACC implications
  • Support at Home program changes
  • NDIS compliance requirements
  • Government funding and reporting frameworks

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client retention.
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Leadership teams regarding sector trends, reform impacts, and evolving compliance needs.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy within the Australian aged care landscape.

Skills & Experience:

Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within:

  • Aged Care
  • Home Care
  • Community Care
  • NDIS
  • Healthcare or compliance-driven industries
  • Strong understanding of:

  • CHSP
  • Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
